You should be:
- Comfortable on camera and mic

- Professional, reliable, and prepared
🎥 Production Crew
We’re looking for crew members who can support filming, lighting, sound, and live production.
Ideal candidates:
- Videographers, camera operators, or audio techs
- Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
- Able to wear multiple hats on set
- Experience preferred, but hunger and reliability matter more
✂️ Editors
We need editors who can turn long-form content into engaging clips for social media.
You should be able to:
- Edit podcast episodes and short-form vertical content
